T. J. Mulling
Yatesville.... T. J. Mulling, age 54, of Yatesville, Ga., was dead on arrival 
at the emergency room at the Upson County Hospital on Wednesday night, 
September 24.  Funeral services were held at the Yatesville United Methodist 
Church at 3 p.m. on Friday, September 26 with the Rev. Colin Dacus officiating, 
assisted by the Rev. Tommy Reeves.  Interment was in the Yatesville United 
Methodist Church Cemetery.  Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home was in charge of the 
arrangements.
Mr. Mulling was a native of Chatham County, Ga., but had lived in Upson County 
for many years.  He owned and operated Mulling Grocery in Yatesville since 
1947.  He was a member of the Yatesville United Methodist Church.  He is 
survived by his wife, Mrs. Bobbie Hanson Mulling of Yatesville, one daughter, 
Miss Vickie Mulling of Yatesville, three sons; David, Donald, and Vance, all of 
Yatesville, his father, George T. Mulling of Savannah, Ga., his foster mother, 
Mrs. Mae Black of Yatesville, two brothers; Lloyd Mulling of Thomaston, Vance 
Mulling of Savannah, and three grandchildren and several aunts and uncles.
