Virginia Crilley

Marion T. "Sonny" Elliot, 55, of Nottingham Street, died Thursday morning, 
December 19 at his residence.  A native Upsonian, Mr. Elliot was a retired 
Civil Service employee at Warner Robbins Air Force Base.
He is the son of the late M. F. Elliot of Thomaston and is survived by his 
mother, Mrs. Pearl Tillman Blount of Thomaston, a sister, Mrs. Arlene E. Daniel 
of Thomaston, and a step-brother, Jack E. Crawford of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 21 at 11:00 in the Chapel of Pasley-
Fletcher Funeral Home.  Rev. Lawrence Burge officiated and interment was in 
Southview Cemetery.
