Willie Mae Emerson, 66
Funeral services for Mrs. Willie Mae Suddeth Emerson of Highway 19 North, were 
held Sunday, Jan. 26, at 2:00 p.m. in United Pentecostal Church on Highway 10 
North.  Rev. James Grier officiated and burial was in Southview Cemetery.  
Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Emerson died Jan. 24 in Riverside Medical Center.  A native of Taylor 
County, she had resided in Upson County for 45 years.  
She is survived by two daughters;  Mrs. Joann Gibby and Mrs. Earlene Hamby, 
both of Thomaston, a son, James Emerson of Thomaston, a step-daughter, Mrs. 
Mildred Baughcum of Thomaston, a sister-in-law, Mrs. Thelmas Suddeth of 
Thomaston.  Twelve grandchildren also survive.
