Virginia Crilley

James C. Jackson, 70
James C. Jackson, 70, of Tangelwood Drive, died July 23 in Upson County 
Hospital.  A native of Upson County, he retired from the Peerless Division of 
Thomston Mills in 1975.  Mrs. Jackson was a member of the North Church Street 
Church of Christ and served as an Elder in the church.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Inez White Jackson, a daughter, Miss Brenda 
Jackson of Thomaston, a son, Jimmy Jackson of Dyersburg, Tenn., a brother, 
Harold Jackson of Thomaston, and two grandchildren, David Jackson and Elizabeth 
Jackson of Dyersburg, Tenn.
Funeral services were held Friday, July 25, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of 
Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home.  Mr. Terry Hatcher and Mr. John Morris officiated 
and burial was in Crystal Hill Cemetery.
