W. Fambro Dead Mr. Allen W. Fambro, a well known citizen and farmer, of Upson county, whose home was near The Rock, died Tuesday, after an illness of several weeks. He has been in declining health for some time, due to heart trouble, and last week he suffered from a stroke of paralysis, from which, in his weakened condition he was unable to rally again. Mr. Fambro was sixty years old. He was widely known and esteemed among the people throughout this section and his death is the source of genuince sorrow among hundreds of friends. The funeral service was held at the home Wednesday and was conducted by his pastor, Rev. C. ?. Ivey, after which the body was carried to Barnesville and buried in the Greenwood cemetery. Mr. Fambro is survived by his wife, four sons, Messrs J. R., W. E., A. G. and Paul, and three daughters, Mrs. Mary Black and Misses Sarah and Alice, to all of whom the deepest sympathy of the people is extended in their present sorrow.
