Mrs. Juanita S. Kersey
  Funeral services were conducted for Mrs. Juanita S. Kersey, 58, of 1678 
Firetower Road Friday, Sept. 6, 1986 at 2 p.m. in Fellowship Baptist Church.  
Mrs. Kersey died Wednesday, Sept. 3 at Crawford W. Long Hospital in Atlanta.
  The Rev. John Jones and the Rev. Don Howell officiated.  Interment was held 
in Crystal Hill Cemetery.  Coggins Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
  Mrs. Kersey retired as an administrative secretary for the District 
Attorney's Office of Fulton County.  She was an Upsonian for 13 years.
  She is survived by her husband, Mr. Hiram Kersey of Thomaston; one daughter, 
Mrs. Cherie Smith Tidwell of Griffin, one son, Mr. William Roderick (Rod) 
Smith of Thomaston; one step-son, Mr. Gregg Kersey of Thomaston.  Three 
grandchildren also survive.
