Nellie Barron Clarke
Griffin---Funeral services for Nellie Barron Clarke, age 69, of Crest Road were 
held today at 11 a.m. from the Chapel of Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home with the 
Rev. Don Howell officiating.  Interment in South View Cemetery.  Mrs. Clarke 
died Tuesday at the Brightmoor Nursing Home in Griffin.
She was an Upsonian all her life and was a retired insurance agent for 
Independent Life and Accident Insurance Co.  Mrs. Clarke was a member of the 
First Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters; Mrs. John Rudisill, Ellenwood, and Mrs. Milton 
Smith, Tampa, FL., a brother, M.W. Barron, Jr., Thomaston, four sisters:  Mrs. 
Walter Jenkins, Athens, Mrs. Charles Palsey, Jr., and Mrs. Johnny D. Adams, 
both of Thomaston, and Mrs. Roland Wiugul, Umatilla, FL.  Three grandchildren 
also survive.
