Clair A. Godwin 111
Funeral services for Mr. Clair A. Godwin 111, 21, of 3019 Woodland Road were 
conducted Wednesday afternoon, May 22, 1985, at the graveside in Southview 
Cemetery with the Rev. Charlie Walls officiating. Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home 
was in charge of the arrangements.
A native of Worth County, Ga., Mr. Godwin had been a resident of Upson County 
for 20 years and attended Upson County Vocational Technical School.  He was the 
grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. A. F. Tomberlin of Sylvester.
Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Juanita T. Godwin of Thomaston, his father, 
Mr. Clair A. Godwin Jr.,  of Dawson, three sisters; Mrs. Annice Smith, Miss 
Michele Godwin and Miss Nene Godwin, all of Thomaston, his paternal 
grandmother, Mrs. Winifred Godwin also of Dawson.
