Obituary for A.S. Kersey, 77 Peach grower 
    Final rites will be held Tuesday morning for A.S. Kersey 77, who died Sunday  
in a private hospital at Zebulon, GA. 
     Mr. Kersey was a retired peach grower in Upson County and had made his home  
here all his life until two years ago when he moved to Griffin, GA. 
     He had been hopitalized for several months in Zebulon, GA 
     Services will be conducted by Elder J.M. Denton from the chapel of Pasley  
Funeral Home, Tuesday morning and internment will be in Glenwood Cemetery. 
     He is survived by his wife (second wife) Mrs. A.S. Kersey of Griffin, GA;  
one daughter, Mrs. W.S. Black of Rome, GA; four sons, Francis Kersey, Byron, GA; 
 
David Kersey, Largo FL; Charles E. Kersey, Thomaston, GA and Joseph Kersey,  
Arlington, VA. 
     Also surviving are four brothers; Jesse Will Kersey and Wyatt Kersey, both  
of Kathleen, GA; Loyd Kersey, Brunswick, GA; and Grant Kersey, Clearwater, FL;  
three sisters;  Mrs. Korah Kersey Taylor,  Mrs. Carrie Lou Kersey Walker, and  
Mrs. Emma Kersey Hunt, all of Kathleen,
