FORMER UPSON MAN DIED
The body of Mr. Joseph G. Pound was laid to rest at
Molena Tuesday. He died at Swainsboro last Sunday.
[Emanuel County]

Mr. Pound was 82 years of age and was a member of the
Baptist Church.

The deceased formerly resided in Upson Co. moving away
about 25 years ago. He is well remembered by many of the
older residents of the County.

Mr. Pound is survived by his widow and seven children,
one of whom is Mr. C. J. Pound of Thunder. These bereaved
relatives will have the sympathy of the people of the
community in the loss of husband and father.
