Funeral services were held Friday, July 1, 1988 at 2 p.m. in the Church of God. Rev. Dan Hampton officiated. Interment was held in Upson Memorial Gardens. Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Sullivan was a native of Pitts and had been a resident of Upson County most of her life. She was a retired inspector in the Sewing Dept. at the Bleachery Division of Thomaston Mills and was a member of the Church of God. She is survived by her husband, Mr. J.W. (Jack) Sullivan of Thomaston; daughter, Miss Gail Sullivan of Thomaston; son Sgt. Eldon Sullivan of the U.S. Air Force in Seoul Korea; three sisters, Mrs. Audrey Chafin of Birmingham, Ala., Mrs. Betty Thompson of Perry and Mrs. Ruby Batchlor of Macon; two brothers, Mr. Frank Wilkerson of Mound Minn. and Mr. Carl Smith of Thomaston. Three grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survive. Additional Comments: Mothers maiden name was Smith. Her husband J.W. was Jackson William Sullivan. The correct spelling of my sisters name is Gayle and not Gail.
