RESOLUTIONS BY BETHLEHEM CHURCH ON THE DEATH OF MRS. LUDIE SMITH.

It is with deep regret and saddened hearts that we in our
feeble way undertake to bring this tribute of Love,
record the Death and loss of our Beloved Sister, Mrs.
Lude Smith, who fell asleep in Jesus March 4th, 1925.

She was born Oct 30, 1861, and married Brother Bob Smith
April 16th 1882. To this Union was born eight children.
four sons and four daughters, all surviving her except on
noble son who preceded her to the grave several years
ago.

She united with the Primitive Baptist Church at Bethlehem
& was baptized by W. W.Childs. In her home she was a
faithful devoted Christian wife and mother.  In the
passing of Sister Smith, there ended a beautiful life.
She was sick for several weeks and suffered intensely at
time. She was so tenderly cared for, everything done
possible to relieve her suffering. She was laid to rest
in Glenwood Cemetery, Funeral services were conducted by
Elder W.W. Childs, Speaking words of comfort to he dear
beloved ones
