Taylor, Robert Howard Taylor, age 56, died May 15, 1985
 
Thomaston Times, Monday, May 20, 1985:
Robert Howard Taylor
Mr. Robert Howard Taylor, 56, of 513 Jeff Davis
Road, died Wednesday night, May 15, 1985.

Funeral services were held Friday afternoon, May 17,
in the chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home of
Dublin, Ga. with the Rev. Bob Carlton officiating.
Townsend Brothers Funeral Home was in charge of the
arrangements.  Burial was in North View Cemetery.

A native of Johnson County, Mr. Taylor was a
baptist, veteran of the Korean Conflict and retired
from J.P. Stevens Co.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Agnes Taylor of
Thomaston; one son, David H. Taylor of Dublin; one
step-daughter, Mrs. Donna Raines also of Thomaston;
his mother, Mrs. Dahlia Taylor of Dublin; and one
sister, Mrs. Sarah Franks also of Dublin.  Three
grandchildren also survive.
