Mrs. Martha McLendon Thompson, 69

   Mrs. Martha McLendon Thompson, age 69, of 2062 Sombrero Way, Atlanta, GA. died Friday, Feb. 26 1993, at Dekalb General Hospital, Decatur, Ga.

  Graveside services and interment were held Monday, March 1, 1993, in South View Cemetery, Thomaston, Ga., Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

  Mrs. Thompson, the daughter of the late W.l. McLendon, Sr. and the late Mary Evans, was a native of Upson Co., and had made her home in Atlanta since 1956.

  Mrs. Thompson is survived by her husband, Mr. Silks L. (son) Thompson, Atlanta, Ga; one sister, Mrs. Edea Fossette, Stone Mountain GA; One Grandson, Mr. Jiff Thompson; and one granddaughter, Miss Tammy Thompson, both of Confers, Ga.
