Waddell     

Mrs. Lula Mae Waddell, age 48, wife of James E. Waddell
passed away at the residence in Silvertown Wednesday
evening, July, 12. Other than her husband, she leaves
four daughters, Misses Essie, Ruby, Inez, and Juanita
Waddell, all of Silvertown;  three sons, J. M.  Waddell
of Barnesville, Roy and Newton Waddell of Silvertown;
three sisters, Mrs. H.C. Daniel and Mrs. E.L. Legg of
Manchester and and Mrs. H.B. Melton of Alexander, Va.;
two brothers, W. J.  Smith of Rita, Va., and her mother,
Mrs. J.A. Smith of Manchester, Ga. The remains will be
carries this (Friday) morning to the Cove Church near
Woodbury for funeral and interment, with Rev. J. V.
Pittman officiating.
