E. Williams and claimed as its victim Hoyt Tyrus, their two year old son, and bore his sweet spirit home to God. He had been sick for about a week but not confined to a bed and his condition was not considered serious until a moment or so before he passed out. Having gone so suddenly and without a moments warning to is loved one's makes it all harder to bear. He called for water prior to his death, and in the act of being raised up, a blood vessel was ruptured over flowing the brain and his life went out like a lamp extinguished by the mighty wind. He was laid to rest in Valley Grove Cemetery Monday afternoon, August 18, rev. J. H. Taylor conducting the funeral services. We shall meet in that bright mansion where sad parting comes no more.
