J. Williams. On Sunday Morning, May 6, 1917 at the home of her son. A. D. Williams near Yatesville after a few days of illness surrounded by loved ones, the separation came. She was born and reared in Yatesville and lived there all her life; was 73 years of age. She was a daughter of the Mr. and Mrs. Persons, deceased. She was married to A. J. Williams on Nov. 14th 1865, who still survives her, also one son, A. D. Williams, four grandchildren, Elizabeth, Robert, Margurite and Walton Parham of Bullochville, three sisters, Mrs. P.T. Warde, Milner, Mrs. J. T. Abercrombie, Strouds, Mrs. L. E. McLester, Perry, One brother, E. J. Persons,Strouds. She was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church, and deeply pained at her going away, and is missed so much in the home. But we know that all things work together for good to them that Love God.
