Final Rites for Mrs. Woodson, 91 Held on Sunday
Final rites for Mrs. Hettie Vashti Woodson, 91 were
held Sunday Afternoon at 3 o'clock from the North
Church Street of Christ with Mr. Dwight Spurlock and
Rev. Robert Akins officiating. Burial was in the
Fellowship Cemetery with Coggins Funeral home in
charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Woodson died Friday at the Upson County
Hospital. She resided at 102 North Street.

Survivors include 3 daughters, Mrs. Charles pierce
and Mrs. Morris handpicks, both of Thomaston; Mrs.
Paul Proctor of Columbus, 3 sons, Bob and Hiram
Woodson, both of Thomaston, John Patrick Woodson,
Manchester; 15 grandchildren. Twenty great
grandchildren and two great great grandchildren also
survive.
