Ploomer Jackson Day was born May 03, 1902 in Upson County to William Mitchell 
and Narcissus Elizabeth Fallin Day. He married Miss Winifred Salter on December 
28, 1924, they had one son, Austin P. Day who was born and died on November 18, 
1925. Mrs. Day died on December 09, 1925 due to complications from childbirth.
Ploomer died in an automobile accident at the age of 24 on November 17, 1926.
