Ira Jr. was the son of Ira Arthur and Ada Fallin DeLoach. He was born November 
14, 1912 in Dillard, Monroe County, GA. 
In Upson County on November 28, 1929 he married Miss Gladys Naomi Day, daughter 
of William Richard and Annie Mae Waller Day.
Ira died December 11, 1989 in Warner Robbins, Houston County, GA and is buried 
at the Magnolia Park Cemetery in Warner Robbins. He was an avid golfer, a 
member of the Masons and a Shriner.
He was the father of four daughters.
