Lula Lillian BENNETT WALDROP, b. 12 April 1897, d. 12 March 1991, was the 
daughter of William H. BENNETT and Sadie H. JOHNSON BENNETT.  She was married 
to Raymond Rosco WALDROP and is shown here surrounded by three of her four 
children; Travis WALDROP, Harrison WALDROP, and Louise WALDROP BERRY.  Lula and 
Raymond had one other son, Fletcher J. WALDROP, who was killed in action in 
WWII on 9 May 1945.  Lula was born in Riverview, Chambers County, Alabama but 
spent most of her adult life in Thomaston, Upson County, Georgia.
