Married 
At the residence of H. C. Brown in Sumter County on the 2nd, Mr. J. C. Brown of Upson County, to Miss Mary Edmondson, of Sumter. We conggratulate our young friends on their start for a married life. Mr Brown was one of Upsons favorite young men and is the son of  well known citzen Judge J. W. Brown
