That it is my Will that my wife shall pay all debts. It is my will that she keep the property under her control and management and also to sell one negro, either man or woman to satisfy my debts and for her proper uses. It is also my will that when the children, as they become of age that the property shall be valued, except the settlement of lands in Upson County; Then the oldest child to receive their proportionable part either in money or negro. It is also my will and also I bequeath into my wife the choicest of my Negroes. It is my will that the property be kept together until my youngest child becomes of age, then to sell the Lands in Upson County and then it be equally divided between my wife and children and at her death her proportionable part to be divided among my children.
