WILL
Georgia, Upson County

I, Mrs. Annie Lee Adams, being of sound and
disposing mind and memory do make this my last will
and testament hereby revoking all others heretofore
made by me. Item 1. I give to my Husband, W. J.
Adams, for and during his life only all property
every kind. I die seized and possessed of ,and at
his death to go to my son, Alton, in fee simple.
Item 2. I appoint W. J. Adams the executor of this
Will and excuse him from having and appraisement,
making any returns of his acts and if a sale of any
of my property is necessary to pay debt due by me
then I authorize my executor to sell same at private
sale without an order of Court but none of my
property is so be Sold unless it is absolutely
necessary to pay some debt I am responsible for.
  This April 16th 1934

The Above WILL signed by Mrs. Annie Lee Adams in our
Presence and we signed same as witness in her
presence and in the presence of each other.
