Item one. I have on deposit in my name individually in the Citizen's & Southern Bank of Thomaston a sum of money, estimated at between $600-$700 which I desire my executrix to use to defray my burial expenses. Item two. I own one-half undivided interest in the house & lot on the West side of North Center Street in the City of Thomaston, Ga. Where I now reside and also a one-half undivided interest in furnishings in said house. I will bequeath and devise my undivided half-interest in the said house and lot to my sister, Mrs. Mamie A. Parker, for life and for her use & benefit for and during her natural life, and also give to my sister Mrs. Mamie A. Parker the right to sell the fee simple estate in said property should my sister Miss Nanelu Adams become ill and my sister Mrs. Mamie A. Parker desire to sell said property; and should my sister Mrs. Mamie A. Parker not sell said one-half undivided interest in said house & lot during her lifetime, the remainder interest in fee simple in said property shall go to such nieces and nephews of mine as my sister Mrs. Mamie A. Parker shall appoint by her deed or Will. My undivided one-half interest in said furnishings in said house and lot I give to my sister Mrs. Mamie A. Parker. Item Three. I own one-half interest in certain bonds of the United States of America which are issued in the name of Miss Nanelu Adams, or Miss Ina Adams", and I will bequeath and devise my interest in said bonds as follows:-(a) $500.oo actual Value or proceeds thereof to my Nephew, BENTLEY ADAMS, JR., which bequest is to be received and used by B. C. ADAMS, Sr., as trustee for said Bentley Adams, Jr., and said trustee shall not be required to give any bond or have any authority or make any returns to, any Court: and (b) $500.00 actual Value or proceeds thereof to my Niece, MRS. CHRISTINE HINSON, as trustee for her children, CHRISTINE HINSON, SELENA HINSON and LAMAR HINSON, Jr., to be received and used by said Trustee required to give bond or have any authority from or make any returns to any Court: and (c.) The entire balance of the proceeds of my said interest in the said bonds is hereby given to my sister Mrs. Mamie A. Parker to be hers absolutely. Item Four. My Sister Miss Nanelu Adams and I have a joint deposit account at the Citizens and Southern Bank of Thomaston, Ga. in which there is now in excess of $12,000 on deposit, one-half of which belongs to me. And I Will, bequeath and devise my interest in said sums on deposit in said account as follows:-(a) $1000.00 to brother B. C. ADAMS, Sr., as trustee for his daughter CONSTANCE ADAMS, to be received and used by said trustee for the education of said CONSTANCE ADAMS; and said trustee shall not be required to give any bond or to have any authority from or make any returns to any Court; and (b) $500.00 to my Brother JOHN W. ADAMS to he his absolutely; and (c) $350.00 to my Brother A. W. ADAMS, to be his absolutely; and (d) $350.00 to my Brother A. W. ADAMS, as trustee fro his daughter DOROTHY ADAMS, to be received and used by said trustee for the benefit of said DOROTHY ADAMS; and said trustee shall not be required to give any bond or have any authority from or make any returns to any Court; and (e) $500.00 to my sister MRS. ANNIE SANDERS, to be hers absolutely; and (f) $500.00 to my brother A. C. ADAMS, to be his absolutely: and (g) $500 to my brother B.C. ADAMS, Sr., to be his absolutely; and (h) $300.00 to my brother HENRY ADAMS, to be his absolutely; and (i) The entire balance of the proceeds of my interest in said deposit in said Bank, after the satisfaction of the bequest made in- sub paragraphs (a)-(h) inclusive of this item, I give, bequeath and devise to my sister,Mrs. Mamie A. Parker to be hers absolutely. Item five. All of my right, title and interest (same being one-half interest) in and to the business conducted by me and my sister Miss Nanelu Adams under name of The Band Box, including all assets under item 4 hereof, I bequeath and devise of my interest and equity in said certification to my sister Mrs. Mamie A. Parker to be hers absolute. Item six. I appoint my sister Mrs. Mamie A. Parker to be executrix of this Will; and hereby relieve her from giving any bond or from making and inventory or appraisement of my estate or from making any returns to any Court Whatsoever.
