Due 2nd January 1843 for $2,146. Which is also in suit; and The List of Notes (?) For returned in the appraisement as insolvent & out of date which are still in her hands & unpaid. And she further returns that the whole of the Negroes belonging to said estate she has hired out for the year 1857 except the (?) negroes, old Lucky & little Eliza & her five children, which she deems it best to take care of subject to the orders of this Court since the appraisement Mary has had another child which is dead.
