To the Ordinary of said County The petition of William H. Brown respectfully showeth that Alfred H. Brown resident of said County, departed this life on the day of 18 , leaving your petitioner as the next of kin and also leaving a large estate of real and personal property, worth the sum of Five Hundred Dollars and at the time of his death the said Alfred H. Brown was entirely intestate as your petitioner believes and herein allege: Wherefore, he prays the usual citation in such cases to issue, in order that he may obtain permanent Letters of Administration on Alfred H. Court of Ordinary of said County. The petition of Wm. H. Brown Admr of the Estate of Alfred W. Brown late of said County deceased showeth that there is unadministered Real Estate in his hand consisting of part os lots of land Nos. 165 166 240 in the 15th dist of said County. Which said land is the property of the Estate of said Alfred H. Brown deceased and that there are heirs to wit and that said land should be sold for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said Estate. That thee could be no fair division any other way, except to sell the same as prayed for in the petition. That notice of said application has been published according to the Statute. Petitioner therefore prays that your Honor grant and order for the sale of said described land for the purpose of this petition as provided in such cases. This September 5th 1881. Wm. H.
