Georgia ] Upson County ] In the name of God Amen. I John Colquett of the County and State aforesaid, do make and declare this my Last will and testament in the manner and form following; First I resign my Soul in his hands of Almighty God and my body I commit to the earth to be buried at the discretion of my Executors herein after Named; And Worldly estate I give and devise as follows. First I give and devise to my beloved Wife Sally W. Colquett and and my Daughter Mary A. Colquett all my household furniture equally, I have given my son Nathaniel G. Colquett in property valued at Twenty one hundred Dollars, to my son Francis M. Colquett in property valued at nineteen hundred & fifty Dollars, to Cythia S. Traylor my Daughter property valued at nineteen hundred & fifty Dollars, to my Daughter Sarah Ann Lindsey property valued at seventeen hundred & twenty two Dollars , now my will and desire is the balance of my property not mentioned as above to my Wife Sally W. Colquett & my Daughter Mary S. Colquett to be sold and after paying my just debt, my son Francis , to receive one hundred & fifty Dollars, my Daughter Cythia S. Traylor one hundred & fifty Dollars and my Daughter Sarah Ann Lindsey to receive three hundred & Seventy eight Dollars, my Wife Sally W. Colquett to receive the sum of Twenty one hundred Dollars and my Daughter Mary S. Colquett to receive the sum of Twenty one hundred Dollars, Which Makes them equal with my son Nathaniel G. Colquett, the balance if any to be equally divided between my wife and all my children as above named. I do hereby appoint my Wife Sally W. Colquett Executrix & my son Nathaniel G, Colquett Executor to this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
