Known and distinguished by boundaries(??) on the north by Lot No. two, on the east by said district line, on the south by Lot No. four --- To have and enjoy all and singular the above mentioned half square of lands with all the rights, members and appurtenances there unto belonging to the said Elizabeth Ann, her heirs, executors, assigns and administrators to their own proper use benefit and behalf of in fee simple against me the said Stephen Duke, my heir Elizabeth, executors, administrators, and assigns and all and every other person or persons shall and will ever warrant and defend the said parcel of half tract of Land revoking all claims that may arise in after be made by me, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns in any forms whatsoever.
