Jennings Adm'r. Estate of Greene Ferguson The State of Georgia, Upson County Know All Men by these Presents: That I Henry T. Jennings, Clerk Inferior Court, of said County Securities, are held and firmly bound unto the Ordinary of said County, and His successors in office, and assigns, in the just and full sum of $500.00 for the payment of which sum to the said Ordinary, and his successors in office, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrations, in the whole and for the sum jointly and severally, and firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals, and dated the 7th Day of May 1877. The Condition of the above Obligated is such, that if the above bound H. Jennings, Administrator of the estate, real & personal, of GREEN FERGUSON late of Said Upson County, deceased, do make true and perfect inventory of all the estate, both real and personal, of the said deceased, which have or shall come into the hands possession or knowledge of the said H. Jennings Administrator or the hands or possession of any person or persons, for appraisement and the same so made to exhibit unto the said Ordinary, when returns shall be hereunto required: and such goods, chattels, credits, lands, and tenements, do well and truly administer, according to law, and do make a just and true account of his acting's and doings therein, when He shall thereto be required by the Court: and the balance shall deliver and pay to such persons or persons, respectively, as they may be entitled to the same by law: And if it shall hereafter appear that any last will & Testament was made by deceased, and the same be proven before the court of Ordinary, and the Executer obtain a certification of the probate thereof and in such case, if required, render and deliver up said Letters of Administration, then this Obligation to be void, else to remain in full force.
