Greene of said state and county being of soundmind & memory knowing that lifes uncertain &death certain deem it right and proper to make a disposition with the property with which a kind provedence has blessed me.I do therefore make this my last will & testament hereby revocking & annulling all others by me here before made. Item First:I desire & direct that my body be buried in a decent & christian like.My soul I trust shall return to rest with God who gave it,& I hope for salvation through the merits & atonment of our beloved Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. Item Second::I desire & direct that all my just debts be paided by my executor herein after named & appointed. Item Third:I give,bequeath& desire to my daughter Ida Mira & my son Thomas B. all of my estate both real & personal to be equally divided between them whenever my executor shall deem best for my said two children and in the event the said Ida Mira & Thomas B. shall depart this life before they arrive to the age of twenty one years of age without child or children then I give & bequeath my property to my five brothers towit,James M.Greene,John M.Greene,Thomas B. Greene,Charles H.Greene,Francis Thomas Greene & in the event either of them be not in the life then to their children. Item Fourth:I hereby constitute & appoint my brother James W.Greene the gaurdian of the person & property of Ida Mira & Thomas B.and to control their person & property as if they were his own children,& in the event that he is not in the life to act fails from any cause whatsoever to act as the gaurdian of my said two children ,I appoint my brothers John M.Greene & Charles H. Greene gaurdians of my children with all the rights & powers herein given to my brother James W.Greene in the event that he acts. Item Fifth:I hereby constitute & appoint my brother James W.Greene executor of this my last will & testament & in the event of his failure to qualify from any cause whatsoever,then I appoint my brothers John M.&Charles H.
