Amen. I Martha Martin of the County & State do hereby make & ordain this my last will & testament, hereby revoking & annulling all others heretofore made by me. Item First: I desire & direct that my body be committed to the grave in decent Christian burial and return my soul into the Hands of God who gave it. Item Second: I desire that all my just debts be paid without delay by my executors hereinafter named, as there is no necessity for delay. Item Third: It is my will & desire that all my property both real & personal wherever & whatever it may be, be sold, & to be equally devided between my children "to wit" Caroline Kelly, Nancy Howell, Frances Dees, Eliza Howell, William Martin, Martha Zorn, Jane Holmes, Susan Zorn, & Mary Ann Amanda Martin, and the children of Lucinda Owen now deceased, making all of her children to heir only a child's part. Item Fourth: I constitute & appoint my son William Martin the trustee of the property I have willed above to the children of my deceased daughter Lucinda Owen, and the said William Martin as the trustee. I desire to pay to each of the said children when they shall become of age, their distributive share. Item Fifth: It is my desire that my old servant woman Katy have the privilege to live with any of my children that she may choose as she has been a faithful servant. I wish her to be treated kindly after my death. Item Sixth: I constitute & appoint my son William Martin and my son-in-law Elijah Zorn executors to this my last will & testament this 8th February 1855.
