McKenney being this day in my Common mind and judgment do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, in which I constitute and appoint David H. Starling my Executor, to this my last Will & Testament. I will that my estate both real & personal be disposed of in the following manor, namely first, I give & bequeath into my wife Martha, all of my household & kitchen furniture, also my Gersey Wagon for her own use & benefit. Second, I will that the balance of my Estate be sold and the proceeds to be applied to the payment of my just Debts, and if there should be any left after paying my just debts, for it is to be equally divided between my wife Martha & her Children. McKenney, late of said County of Upson, Deceased, having been duly proven in common form at this regular term in open court, upon the oaths of John Barks Dale, Benjamin G. McKenney & Francis M. McKenney, the subscribing witnesses thereto It is therefore ordered that the same be admitted to record as the true last will & testament of said deceased, and that letters Testamentary as issue to David H. Starling, the Executor, therein named & appointed. Where upon the said David H. Starling was qualified as executor & received letters Testamentary as aforesaid. William A.
