Upson County Georgia

I, Anthony G. Smith [Jr.] of said county, and State, being of sound, and 
disposing mind, and memory, to make this my last will and testament.

I give and bequeath to my wife, Elizabeth M. Smith all the property I ___ 
possessed of in my own name, or in the name of any other person whatever, as 
agent, Administrator or executor both real and personal consisting of lands, 
stock, household, and kitchen furniture, and everything thereunto appertaining 
during her natural life or widowhood and at her death or marriage to be 
divided into nine equal shares, each one accounting for the amount heretofore 
received from the estate, so as to make all equal.

1st the children of S.H. Smith  2nd the children of Anna, wife of E.J. Smith  
3rd Garnett D. Smith  4th E.C. Smith   5th R.L. Smith   6th Ida Williams   7th 
Adda Smith   8th Eleanor Smith  9th Hattie Smith

to have and hold in fee simple this 12th July 1890.

His son Wesley Asbury Smith, MD was not mentioned in the will. Maybe he had 
received something already.
