I, Mrs. Job Stewart, being of sound and disposing mind do make this my last will hereby revoking any and all others heretofore made by me. Item 1. I give to my six children all that I own and possess at the time of my death in fee simple. Same to be divided equally between them, except the condition that if Mrs. Ada Allen should die before receiving her share, then her share to go to the other children. Item 2. I appoint as the executor and executrix of this Will my Son, U. F. Stewart, and daughter, Mrs. Essie Dodd, and confer upon them full power of Attorney to administer my estate without having an appraisement made and without obtaining any orders from any court for anything they may desire to do in the matter.
