First. I desire that my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner suitable to my Circumstances and condition of life. Secondly. I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without delay by my Executors, hence after named and appointed. Thirdly. I give and bequeath to the children of my daughter, CHARITY, DECEASED, for their sole & separate use and during their natural life free and exempt from the debt and liabilities of James Edgar, their father, the sum of fifty dollars. I hereby appoint John Brown, a trustee of said money which is in no way to be subject to the contract of said John Edgar. Fourthly. I give and Bequeath my two beds and bedding to the following children of ALLEN Stewart, DECEASED, William Stewart, Edward Stewart, Thomas Stewart, David Stewart and John B. Stewart to be equally divided between these said heirs. Fifthly. I give and bequeath my bed clothing to be equally divided amongst all my children with the exception of my daughter Charity, Deceased. Sixthly. The residue of my property both real and Personal consisting of sixty Acres of land more or less, on which I now reside together with my stock and other household and kitchen furniture, other than that above enumerated, I thereby divide to be sold at public outcry as private sale of my executors, hereinafter named may deem this also the proceeds of said sale together with a promise, made for $500, due one day after date January 1st 1875 & signed by John W. Brown, I hereby direct and require to be equally divided among my children as follows. Viz. William Stewart, Edmund Stewart, Nancy Stewart, Joshua Brown Thomas Stewart, David Stewart, Jr., John B. Stewart and the children of Allen Stewart Deceased. Seventhly. I hereby constitute and appoint john W. Brown and William Stewart Executor of my Last Will and Testament, this April 21st 1875.
