I Charity Walker of said County widow & __ of James Walker, in view of the uncertainty of life & __ of disposing of what property I may be entitled to as __ I ordain this my Last Will & Testament: Chiefly, I commend my soul to the mercy of Him who gave it, and my body to The Earth in decent Christian burial; Then - It is my will that out of my Estate, first ant just debt or debts I may have be paid. Then - I give to The children of my son William W. Walker one dollar. Then - I give to The children of my son Allen M. Walker one dollar. Then - I give to The children of my daughter Mary Perryman one dollar. Then - I give to my son Benjamin Walker one dollar. Then - I give to my daughter Sarah Grant one dollar. Then - I give to my daughter Lucretia Stamper one dollar Then - I give to my daughter Ann M. Womble, widow of Enoch W. Womble one dollar. Then - After the payment of the foregoing __ & any just debt; it is my will & __, and I hereby give & bequeath all my Estate of any & __ __ whatever to my son Nathaniel F. Walker, and especially all The Property left me in the will of my husband James Walker; and I __ Nathaniel F.
