FITZPATRICK-Died, at LaFayette, Ga., December 22d, 1870, Dr. J. Warren Fitzpatrick. Death, the great leveler, has again nerved his strong arm, and taken from our circle our estimable and beloved fellow citizen, Dr. J. Warren Fitzpatrick. The subject of this notice was born June 5, 1833, in Morgan county, Ga. During our late unhappy struggle, he served as Captain of cavalry, and won the reputation of a brave and genuine soldier. April 14, 1854, he was married to Miss Mary Lou Shaw, of LaFayette, Ga. Since the war, he has devoted himself to his profession and to mercantile pursuits. During the last six months of his life, he was afflicted with pulmonary consumption, which he bore with great resignation and Christian fortitude, until December 22d, when he breathed his last. Dr. Fitzpatrick was an amiable, sociable gentleman, and an ardent friend, a devoted husband, and affectionate father. His last days were his best, and he died humbly, trusting in his Saviour. ONE WHO LOVED HIM.
