He was born in Ringgold, Georgia to the late Russell & Mary Jo Wester Robertson. He served his country in the U.S. Army and was a proud veteran. For most of his life he resided in Rossville, Georgia. He retired from Tennessee Valley Authority after twenty plus years of employment. He was a member of Boynton United Methodist Church. He was also a member of the Teamsters Union Local #515. He was an avid Atlanta Braves Fan and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and NASCAR. He was a special loving person who's life touched many. He will be greatly missed by his loving family, wife: Rosemary Stoker of Rossville, GA, their children: Kimberly Robertson of Chattanooga, TN, Jamie Robertson of Rossville, GA, Tim Stoker of Chickamauga, GA, Robert Stoker, Regina Stoker both of Fort Oglethorpe, GA, sisters: Carolyn Elsea of Salisbury, N.C., Rebecca (Don) Cardwell of Soddy Daisy, TN, Mary (Michael) Hartman of Chickamauga, GA, brothers: Tommy (Brenda) Robertson of Ringgold, GA, Russell "Monty" Robertson of Mountain Cove, Robbie Robertson of Chickamauga, GA, grandchildren: Alexis, Hannah, Anthony, Amber, Ashley, Dalton, Holly, great-grandchildren: Massen, Zackary, Aliyah, many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm Sunday, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Monday and Tuesday morning after 9:00 am until the funeral. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 pm – Tuesday – December 10, 2013 in the chapel with Minister: Brett DeHart officiating. Burial will follow in Chattanooga Veterans National Cemetery.
