Pistol Toters Bond
State of Georgia, Walton County

We J.H. Dalton principal, and J.W. Dalton as surety, acknowledge ourselves jointly 
and severally bound unto his excellency L.G. Hardman Governor of the State of 
Georgia, and his successors in office in the sum of $100, for the true payment of 
which we bind ourselves, our heirs and executors and administrators firmly by 
these presents. Signed, sealed, and dated this 12 day of Dec. 1930

The condition of the above Bond is as follows:

Whereas the said J.H. Dalton having in terms of the statute, (Acts 1910), made 
application for license to carry a pistol or revolver and on approval of this bond 
said license will be issued to carry one 38 Calibre Harrington 1 Richardson pistol 
or revolver No. 473776. Now should the said J.H. Dalton use the said pistol or 
revolver for nothing except proper and legitimate purposes, then this bond is to 
be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
