Witnesseth that the said Thomas Brown for and in consideration of the Sum of Seven hundred dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivering of these presents The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained Sold and Conveyed and do by These presents grant, bargain,sell and convey unto the said William Anderson his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County and State aforesaid Containing one hundred Seventy one & a half acres of land more or less is part of Fraction situate in the Second district in the County aforesaid containing two hundred and twenty two acres and which is known and distinguished in the Plan of Said District by the number 121. Adjoining Ranes and others the other is a fraction situate in the Second district of the county aforesaid containing five acres of Land more or less which is known and distinguished in the plan of said district by the number 124 adjoining Stewart to have and to hold Said tracts or parcel of land unto him the Sd. William Anderson his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights members appurtenances thereof to the Same in any manner belong to his and their own proper use, benefit and behoof forever in fee simple, and the Sd. Thomas Brown for himself, his heirs, Executors & administers the Sd. bargained premises unto the Sd. William Anderson his heirs & assigns will warrant and forever defend the right & title thereof against themselves & against The claim of all other persons whatsoever. In witness thereof the Sd.
