Eason both of the other part. Both of the County and State aforesaid. Witnesseth The Said William L. Anderson for and in consideration of the Sum of two hundred and forty five dollars and sixteen cents to him in hand paid at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained Sold and Conveyed and do by these presents grant bargain sell and Convey unto the Said A.J. & Josiah Eason their heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land Situate, lying and being in Walton county Known in the plan of the first district part of Two lots No. (5) five and No. (24) twenty four. Beginning at a Stake corner running Thence [measurement] to a Stake thence [measurement] to the creek Thence up the meanders of the creek to the Gin dam [measurement] Thence High Water Mark on the East Side of the Springs branch Thence up said Branch to the Black Gum corner Thence [measurement] to a Stake Thence [measurement] to the beginning Corner. To Have and to Hold Said tract or parcel of Land [illegible] Containing one hundred and forty and two acres more or less. The Said bargained premises unto the Said A.J. & Josiah S. Eason their heirs and assigns together with all and Singular the rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging to the only proper use benefit and behoof [illegible] in fee Simple and the Said Anderson will warrant and forever defend the right and title of the above named premises unto the Said A.J. & Josiah S. Eason their heirs and assigns against himself his heirs and assigns and against the lawful claim of all other persons whatever. In Witness whereof the Said William L.
