Buchanan of the County and State aforesaid of the one part and Robert Aycock of the same place of the other part. Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of Four Hundred and twenty five dollars the Said Charles W. Buchanan hath this day granted, bargained and sold and doth grant bargain sell and Convey all that tract or parcel of Land on the Waters of Hard Labor in said County and State adjoining Buren Day & Mitchell Containing Two Hundred acres more or less and being the north part of lot no Thirty five in the first district of Walton and Known as the Kerney place. To have and to hold the Said bargained premises together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining to him the Said Robert Aycock his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the Said premises against himself and also against the claim of all other persons whatsoever.
