Wilson of the state & county aforesaid of the one part & Jacob Callaham of the same place of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Paton F. Wilson for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars, to him in hand paid at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted bargained sold and Conveyed and doth by these presents grant bargain sell and Convey unto the Said Jacob Callaham his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the first District of Walton known and distinguished by lot No (5) five Containing Ten acres & forty two rods the same more or less beginning at the Branch running on Callaham's line to a Chestnut corner at the old field thence along the old field twenty one rods a chestnut corner thence a straight line to a Sassafras stake thence to the beginning thence down the branch to the beginning. To have & to hold the above bargained premices unto the said Jacob Callaham his heirs and assigns together with all and Singular the Rights members and appurtenances thereof to the same in any manner belonging or in anywise appertaining to his and their own proper use benefit & behoof in fee simple and the said Paton F. Wilson for himself his heirs Executors & Administrators and assigns, will warrant, and forever defend the right and title thereof against the Claim of himself and against the claim of all other persons whatever.
