Blasingame of the one part & Jacob Callahan of the other part both of the said State & County of Walton. Witnesseth that the said Francis R. Blasingame for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred dollars to her in hand paid at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained Sold and Conveyed & does by these presents grant bargain Sell & Convey unto the Said Jacob Callahan his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of land Situated lying & being in the county & State aforesaid Containing ten acres more or less the same being part of Lot No. (110) one hundred & ten in the second district of Walton County & the State aforesaid commencing at a Rock Corner on the line between Francis R. Blasingame & Jacob Callahan near Said Callahan's old mill & running said line to an ash tree on the North bank of the Creek, thence up the Creek to the line between Francis R. Blasingham & R.F. Montgomery, thence running said line to a Persimon Corner, thence a Straight line to a Pine Corner on a gully near the creek, thence a straight line across Said creek to a walnut Corner at the mouth of a gully on the South side of the Creek thence up said gully to a Rock Corner thence a straight line to the rock Corner at the Starting Point near the old mill aforesaid, To have & to hold said tract or Parcel of land unto him the said Jacob Callahan his heirs assigns together with all and Singular the rights & appurtenances thereof to the Same in any manner belonging to his & their own proper use & benefit & behoof forever in fee Simple and the Said Francis R. Blasingame for herself & her heirs & assigns will forever warrant & defend unto the said Jacob Callahan his heirs & assigns the right & title thereof against themselves & against the claim of all other persons whatsoever.
