Know all Men by these presents that I Meremon Herndon of Said County & 
State aforesaid have gave and granted unto my Daughter Sarah M. 
Callahan a certain tract lot or parcel of land Containing (60) Sixty 
acres to the same more or less it lying and being in the (1st) first 
District of Said County. Known and distinguished in the plan of Said 
District by the No (7) seven. Joining lands of Franklin, Simmons and 
others to them and their heirs forever in fee Simple and I do forever 
warrant and defend the Same from myself my heirs Executors 
administrators and assigns and all and every other person or persons 
whatever Claiming the same by virtue of these presents. In Witness 
Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this the thirteenth day of 
December in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred and fifty.
