Knox & Bro of the County of Walton of one part and Thomas Calahan & Evaline Calahan of the County of Walton of the other part: Witnesseth, that the said Thomas Calahan & Evaline Calahan for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty five dollars, in hand paid, at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey and confirm unto the said W.T. Knox Bro their heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situated in Blasingame's District, Bounded as follows, Bounded on the West by F.M. Herndon: on the North by F.M. Herndon: on the East by W.A. Fambrough; on the South by W.T. Mayo. Known as the S.A. Johnson tract, containing Twenty three (23) acres more or less. To have and to hold the said lots or parcel of land with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereunto appertaining to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said W.T. Knox & Bro. Their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in Fee Simple: and the said Thomas Calahan & Evaline Calahan the said bargained [blank] unto the said W.T. Knox & Bro. Their heirs, Executors, administrators and assigns, against the said Thomas Calahan & Evaline Calahan their heirs, Executors and administrators and against all and every other person or persons.
