Witnesseth that the said Jacob Calahan for and in consideration of the sum of Four hundred & ninety two 82 1/2/100 Dollars to him in hand paid at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained sold and conveyed and doth by these presents grant, bargain, Sell and Convey unto the Said James O'Kelly his heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of Land Situate lying and being in the County of Walton Second district a part of lot No 72 it being the North Western part of the Said lot, commencing on the original line East of a Stake & running west to a steak in the head of a branch thence South to a stake on the Middle line of said lot & thence west to the original line between said lot & Josephus Calahan bounded on the West North & East by the original lines containing nine eight acres & ninety rods more or less adjoining land of Calahan, Darden & others. To have and to hold said tract or parcel of land unto him the said james O'Kelly his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights, mrmbers and appurtenances thereof to the same in any manner belonging to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple. And the said Jacob Calahan for himself his heirs Executors and administrator the said bargained premises unto the said James O'Kelly his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves and against the claim of all other persons whatever.
