Sluder of the other part. Witnesseth that the said William Anderson for and in consideration of the Sum of fifteen dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and Sold and does by these presents grant & bargain and Sell and Convey unto the said W.J. Sluder a certain parcel of Land lying and being in the County and State aforesaid. Known as a part of lot Number eight two in the first district of Walton County with the following line, viz Commencing upon a large oak the original East Corner of said lot and running north on the original line of said lot forty eight rods, thence west ten rods thence South forty eight Rods to the original line of Said lot thence north ten rods to the original and beginning Corner. To have and to hold Said bargained premises with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining to the Same forever in fee Simple and the said William Anderson for himself his heirs executors and administrators, will forever warrant and defend the right title to the same against themselves and against the claim of all other persons whatsoever. In Testimony whereof the Said William Anderson hath hereunto set his hand and Seal the day and date above written. Wm. L. Anderson sign, seal and deliver the written Deed for the purposes therein Contained and that he saw James Hammet subscribe the same as a witness and he deponent does so likewise.
