This Indenture made This The 17th November eighteen hundred and Twenty one 
between WM. H. MORROW SHFF. of the county and state aforesaid of the one part 
witnessth that for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty one dollars of 
Lawfull money to the said Wm. MORROW SHFF. in hand paid well and Truly paid 
at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the Receipt hereof 
is hereby Acknowledged hath granted Bargained and Sold and by these presents 
do grant bargain and sell unto the MICAJAH SANSOM his heirs and assigns all 
that Tract or Parcel of land Lying and being in the County aforesaid 
containing two hundred and fifty acres be the same more or less drawn by WM. 
SPEARS of Clarke County Known and distinguished in the first district of 
Walton County by Lot No 110 One hundred and Ten Levied on by Robert Duke 
Constable leveied on by Virtue of an Attachment Issued from a Justices Court 
of the peace on the 7th December 1819 and duly advertised for sail on the 
first Tuesday in January 1821 at the Court house of said County when ISAAC 
HILL as agent being the best and highest bidder became the purchaser for the 
sume of money aforesaid with all and singular the rights members and 
appurtances to the said Tract or parcel of Land being belong or in any wise 
appurtaning To have and to hold the said Tract or Parcel of Land together 
with all and Singular the rights members and appurtances whatsoever to the 
said Tract of Land belonging or in any wise appertaning unto the said MICAJAH 
SANSOM his heirs and assigns forever and the said WM. H. MORRISS SHFF. as 
aforesaid the said Tract of Land with all and singular the right members and 
aertunaces to the same belonging or in any wise appertainingto the said 
MICAJAH SANSOM his eirs and assigns against the claims of al and any person 
or persons Claiming or to claim by through or under the said WM. SPEARS shall 
and will Warrant and forever defend as Sheriff aforesaid and no further in 
witness whereof I have hereunto signed and delivered in presents of... WM. H. 
MORRIS SHFF.
